I appointed an employee to work with me remotely, as we were both in different cities, he couldn’t make himself available to read and sign the annexure physically. Therefore, I instructed my team to send him the annexure in the form of a PDF and asked him to sign it electronically. This way the work was easily done with absolutely no hassle and delay.

Conclusion

In today’s era when almost everything is getting transformed into being digital, the relatively fresh concept of digital signatures is highly beneficial to businesses, corp orates, etc. Keeping in mind the wonderful advantages such signatures offer, these are undeniably impressive to be tried.
